The 3D coordinate point orientation was performed as follows: The XY-plane was parallel to the Frankfurt horizontal plane (FH-plane; 3points: both orbitales and the right porion), the YZ-plane was parallel to the midsagittal plane (perpendicular to the FH-plane, including the Na-Ba-line), and the point of origin (0,0,0) was determined by the nasion point [10, 11].
