MANILA, 20 January 2015 The University of the Philippines (UP) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) today for enhanced cooperation in policy and technical research, innovations, knowledge management, capacity development, and institutional and systems strengthening, among others.
