The phrase "conversely to what" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used when contrasting two ideas or statements, but the phrasing is awkward.
Example: "Conversely to what was previously stated, the new evidence suggests a different conclusion."
Alternatives: "In contrast to what" or "On the contrary to what".
