"convergence behaviours" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to actions or patterns of behavior that lead to a convergence or coming together of ideas, opinions, or goals. Example: The team's successful collaboration and convergence behaviours resulted in a highly innovative and efficient project.
