If the tokens are restricted tokens, they would also be subject to vesting based on continued service or achievement of performance targets and can be subject to accelerated vesting upon pre-determined triggers, such as the occurrence of a change of control transaction, the termination of an employee without cause, or achievement of technical milestones for the token platform.
