The phrase "contributing to integration" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English to describe someone or something that is helping to bring people or systems together.
It can be used in a variety of contexts, such as discussing political efforts to foster unity among diverse groups, describing the role of a team member in a project, or highlighting the effects of a particular policy on societal cohesion. Example: Our organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives are crucial in contributing to integration within our workplace.
