Subsequent administrations continued all of these policies -- and a number of new ones.
He continued, "All of these are ideas that would benefit from having full discussion in a normal legislative session when you have time for [bipartisan] input".
Informally, however, nearly all units reported that they were continuing all of these components.
"I think the big picture [message of the report] is the importance of continuing all these programs," says Doon Gibbs, interim laboratory director at Brookhaven.
"Madness, beauty, graffiti, tragedy, romance, splendour and, of course, (apple) pie," continues Merck, "all of these and many more have, at different historical moments and through the agency of filmmakers with widely various artistic, cultural and political agendas, found themselves rendered definitely 'American'".
One option is of course to continue use all of these services in isolation but the challenge with this is that it becomes difficult to achieve economy of scale, the organisation will become fragmented, data may not be as secure and no one will know what to do when an employee leaves or changes role.
Giles continued: "Amid all of these accusations against Panorama and the BBC, there is a real fear that the key issue has been missed – the overt and frightening racist and anti-Semitic abuse and violence of the kind broadcast by Panorama is both wrong and deeply upsetting to those on its receiving end.
"Work is continuing on all of these issues.
We intend to continue pressing all of these issues and more, while in the meantime focusing on getting protections in place for communities in danger right now.
The heat in Texas prisons continues to violate all of these rights, and there is no excuse for this blatant disregard for fundamental human rights.
