Add 200g of cooked edamame and continue cooking for a minute or two until the beans are heated through.
Once the greens have cooked down, remove the lid and continue cooking for a few more minutes to allow the water to evaporate.
The oyster should be gently steamed and just cooked, if not, replace the flat shell and continue cooking for a couple more minutes.
Now add the chicken and onion, toss well, and continue cooking for another 10-12 minuntil unthe the chicken is barely cooked and the potatoes are fully softened.
If the fish does not flake easily with a fork, continue cooking for 30 second intervals until the fish appears to be completely cooked.
Stir and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Add shrimp back to pan and continue cooking for another five minutes.
Add the curry powder and chili-pepper flakes and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Turn heat down low, stir and continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
Add the chopped garlic and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Uncover, adjust seasonings to taste, and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
