The TC approach involves explicit expectations that students act as the patient's advocate by forging partnerships with community organizations and advocacy groups and by making social-context recommendations that address both short- and long-term challenges to health [ 180, 197].
The most important one is the integration of the current system with personalized Context Aware Recommendations that will take into account prior knowledge of the users for the computation of the recommendations.
In the context of recommendations that OA can often be confidently diagnosed without the need for imaging [ 2, 25], these developments pose a fundamental question: can patellofemoral joint OA be identified in routine clinical practice and, if so, which features are most informative?
Other considerations to improve the handover relate to emphasizing the finding that the handover exchange is critically embedded in a process and a context, which suggests recommendations that while not directly altering the actual handover, may improve it.
