Agency by Design (AbD), a multiyear research initiative at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Project Zero, is investigating just these questions — chronicling examples of maker-centered learning across the country, gathering thought leaders, and reviewing literature in order to position the trend within a context of best practices.
