As shown in Table 1, Spark implements a time-based (mathcal {T} ick that reports on window change independently from the content of the window.
Second, we build an experiment in which the content of the window does not change across subsequent ticks, to determine the value of content change.
For each location of the window, moment features are used to determine the optimum template that is subsequently matched to the actual content of the window to produce a 'pattern intensity' map.
Also a PCA is used, but instead of shifting a window over the data and normalizing by the last w trials, a method similar to [13] is used: a polynomial is fitted to the content of the window and the next trial is adjusted by the value, the polynomial function would estimate.
To characterize this observation further, we obtained the normalized coverage difference between short- and long-insert libraries in 10 kb windows and correlated with the GC content of the window.

b A stack of (N − m 2 windows, each with m × m pixels, is built by copying the contents of the window at each location.
"At the right of this line of buttons was the infamous 'hamburger' icon menu, containing additional options for the contents of the window such as formatting and pagination," says Cox, now 63 and still designing user interfaces.
Similarly, when the GC-content of the window reaches the lower threshold, MRI-analyzer generates a red bottom spike.
When a change is detected, ADWIN2 removes one or more items from this window starting from the ones appended earlier, but may not completely flush the content of this window.
With reference to Fig. 2, an SPE that reports on content change would not report the window w4, since its content is identical to the content of the previous window w3.
With each window, we associate the density value corresponding to the central point and we record the value of the GC-content of that window.
