In a mature democracy, with the matter of the organisation of a highly complex institution of acute concern to all of us, with hundreds of questions around method and content, equality of resources, training, structure, governance and more – is the best model you can come up with for your job that of a sword-wielding warrior hacking away at insubordinate chiefs and their troops?
We hypothesize that the content of FOAM resources does not provide comprehensive or balanced coverage of the scope of knowledge necessary for emergency medicine providers.
