The metal content of digestion solution was determined using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES, Agilent 725ES).
Apparent amylose content, alkali digestion value, setback viscosity, and pasting temperature were associated with SBE1, SSS1, and SSS2A.
