While the result is great (the "smoke" you inhale contains three compounds, as opposed to combusted smoke, which contains 110, it's far less detrimental to your health, and the taste is much nicer) the tool itself is rather clumsy.
Cluster 5 contains three compounds: 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole and 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole were active only in the ARE- bla assay, whereas 2-aminobenzothiazole was inactive in all assays.
