In comparison, tumours containing CAFs modified with LV-Dlk1 or LV-SCUBE1 (Fig. 3B-D) showed a modest reduction in the proportion of tumours with an invasive phenotype: LV-Dlk1, 33% (3 out of 9 grafts); and LV-SCUBE1, 59% (10 out of 17 grafts).
