Our dataset contains observations for leaves representing 339 individual cleared leaf images from 74 eudicot families from the National Cleared Leaf Collection housed at the Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution (Additional file 2: Table S1).
The database described above also contains observations of systemic pharmacodynamic variability for 13 chemicals (Table VI in Hattis et al. [ 79]).
