In this formula, B was Na2S2O3 consumption of control sample; A was Na2S2O3 consumption of control sample; N was equivalent concentration of Na2S2O3; 0.51 was a constant meaning that 1 mg equivalent Na2S2O3 equal to 0.51 mg equivalent free galacturonic acid; S was the total reaction liquid volume for keeping warm; E was used enzyme volume; t was the holding time; M was absorbing reaction quantity.
A major advantage of this method is that the time consumption of control is shorter than the OGY method and SOGY method for the same parameters and initial point of the pendulum system.
After consumption of control diet, mutant mice of B6 background had larger livers than those of 129 or F1 backgrounds (p<0.001, all comparisons; Figure 7b).
