"constructive relations" is a grammatically correct and commonly used phrase in written English.
It refers to positive and productive interactions between individuals, groups, or nations. Example: "The two countries have formed a strong alliance, leading to constructive relations and mutual support in various international affairs."
But talk of constructive relations seemed long ago on Monday.
