In this work, tens of micron-sized unilamellar nanosheets were efficiently exfoliated from well-crystallized (Y0.96Tb x Eu0.04-x )2(OH)5NO3 · nH2O (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.04) layered rare-earth hydroxides (LRHs) via hydrothermal anion exchange of the interlayer NO3 − with much larger oleate anions, which were then employed for the construction of oriented fluorescent films.
In moderate to severe and severe AD, the Severe Impairment Battery (SIB) is used to evaluate the severity of cognitive dysfunction across nine cognitive domains, ie, language, memory, praxis, visuospatial ability, social interaction, attention, orientation, construction, and orienting to name.

Their application is illustrated by the construction of functionally oriented equivalents to evaluate power system reaction in solving problems of monocriteria or multicriteria optimizing network configuration in distribution systems.
