It has been shown in the literature that the aging of EDLCs is related to the constraints undergone by the component such as EDLC voltage (Vsc) combined with the operating temperature.
This inversion transformation that occurs when a constraint undergoes a qualitative change in its weight is somewhat reminiscent of the process known in physics and chemistry as a phase transition.
The next question we asked was whether these constraints have undergone substantial changes after gene duplication.
Regions that have low evolutionary constraints or undergo neutral mutations are usually flexible and are manifested as insertions, deletions and substitutions in the alignments (3, 4).

This confirms that, in both liver cells and mESC, chromatin dynamics in gene-rich TADs undergoes constraints that can be described by polymer models as if, at the supranucleosomal scale, the chromatin was statistically folded into a helix.
Although many other elements of variation may be involved in anthocyanin methylation, we may hypothesize a model as follows: VvAOMT1 is the fundamental isogene for anthocyanin methylation under strict functional constraint, while VvAOMT2 undergoing lesser functional constraint is responsible for fine and specific differences in the level of methylated anthocyanins (see proposed model Figure 6).
