This investigation consists of two instruments that will monitor electrons, protons and ions that are accelerated to high energies in the sun's atmosphere.

The magnetometer payload consists of three instruments, located on a boom to minimize mutual interferences and perturbations caused by the satellite itself (see Fig. 1).
