13– 17, 37 The finding on the improved ADAS-Cog scores is consistent with previous exercise-based interventions involving home-based aerobic 13 and multimodal exercises.
Although these rates are consistent with previous matching exercises, 8 14 overall rates have clearly not improved significantly over the past 15 20 years.
Similarly, the present study finding was consistent with previous jumping exercise studies which reported positive effects of this type of exercise on bone mass in rats [ 3, 5].
Consistent with previous research, exercise and diet adherence were related to specific beliefs about the helpfulness of exercise and diet, respectively (4).
Overall, the results of our pooled analyses are generally consistent with previous meta-analyses of exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation.

The results are consistent with previous research showing the benefits of exercise training on sleep and depression symptoms among patients with chronic primary insomnia [ 12, 14, 15].
A relatively low level of pressure support (10 cmH2O) was sufficient to improve exercise capacity consistent with previous work showing that NIV with a mean inspiratory pressure of 11 cmH2O was sufficient to improve walking distance in patients recovering from acute on chronic respiratory failure [ 35].
