This finding has very important implications: (1) whether underlying airway conditions prior to bronchoprovocation is a critical factor leading to increased AHR and (2) whether a preexisting abnormal pattern of ventilation (i.e., heterogeneity) will enhance the subsequent degradation in lung function consistent with instability mechanisms proposed through modeling studies [39, 84].
In addition, gamblers with consistent affective instability may particularly benefit from these treatments.
This is consistent with instability of simpler network attractors based on E-E connections (Seung et al., 2000).
The use of these extracts in the food industry has certain problems associated with it, including the lack of consistent colour intensities, instability upon exposure to light and heat, variability of supply, reactivity with other food components, and addition of secondary flavours and odours.
In Figure 6 we show a two-dimensional plot of an unstable ring solution, and the emergent structure of five bumps seen beyond instability, consistent with the predictions of our linear stability analysis.
For example, DKO mice showed evidence of an inability to maintain consolidated rest behavior compared to wild type mice (Fig. 1E, F), which is consistent with the instability in behavioral states described for ligand KO mice [27].
Consistent with the instability, which characterizes uninterrupted CTG tracts [29], [30], the (CTG 400 repeats tract showed a marked propensity to either delete or decrease in length when the plasmid encoding the transgenic cassette was propagated in bacteria at 37°C [Figure 2; Panel B].
This is consistent with protein instability prediction analysis for this region [ 55].
Thus, there was evidence for multiple types of DNA damage in the LDGs consistent with genomic instability in SLE.
This also caused chromosome instability, consistent with a crucial role for centromeric cohesin (Eckert et al. 2007).
