"The brain is much more modifiable than previously considered," said Mr. Amedi.
"Further study — even though it would be expensive and time-consuming — should be considered," said Dr. Silverman.
"Her pauses were almost as long as the content," Art Silverman, a producer of "All Things Considered," said.
"A number of great schools were considered," said Katie McCormick Lelyveld, a spokeswoman for America's future first lady.

"Honestly, it was not something that I think ever got seriously considered," said Bruce C. Ratner, the former majority owner and the arena's developer.
"Sometimes someone feels that because it was conducted online, their information was not fully considered," said Matthew J. Dias, acting director of the Traffic and Parking Department.
Several offers are being considered, said Neal Sroka, a broker with Prudential Douglas Elliman, which is handling the sale of the buildings.
