As highlighted in recent reviews of the evidence for effective interventions in CM [ 23– 26], and IPV [ 6, 15, 20, 27– 29], the two fields differ in terms of the amount and nature of research evidence available to inform practice and policy [ 30], with considerably more interventions having been tested and shown effective or promising in the CM literature, as compared to the IPV literature.
Trauma patients who received CPR had much more severe injuries, had more frequently head injuries, were more often in a state of shock, and underwent considerably more preclinical interventions such as catecholamine administration, endotracheal intubation, chest drainage, and volume substitution (Table 2).
Still, the White House faces an American public considerably more skeptical about intervention in Syria than it was about Iraq.
A study of 245 health interventions has reported that lifestyle changes and allied health interventions, which include nutrition intervention, are considerably more cost-effective on average than medical interventions, pharmaceuticals or vaccination (Fig. 2).

The post-implementation questionnaire survey showed that adult women in the intervention villages were considerably more likely than those in control villages to be aware of intervention-related HWWS messages, with all differences receiving strong statistical support (p < 0.05) (Table 3).
BCTs were variably alluded to by participants, but were mentioned considerably more frequently by those receiving the nurse intervention, with the exception of BCTs related to self-monitoring, which were mentioned much more frequently by the pedometer by post group.
While relatively few studies achieved significant positive effects on the majority of outcomes, considerably more studies did demonstrate at least one positive intervention effect.
Thus, in the judgement of clinical experts, an early intervention team appeared to be considerably more complex that an assertive outreach team, which in itself is an entity of some intricacy.
