The phrase "consider your proposal" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when you want someone to think about or evaluate a suggestion or plan that has been put forward.
Example: "After reviewing the project details, I will take some time to consider your proposal before making a decision."
Alternatives: "review your proposal" or "evaluate your suggestion."
