The phrase "consequent for" is not a common phrase and is therefore not correct to use.
Instead, you could use a phrase or word such as "due to," "owing to," "as a result of," or "because of". For example, "The policy chang resulted in a decrease in profits, consequent for new regulations." This could be rephrased as "The policy change resulted in a decrease in profits, due to new regulations."
Likewise also with those that depend on the Consequent: for the consequent is a branch of Accident.
