The phrase "conscious thinking" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a state of awareness and deliberate thought processes.
Example: "Engaging in conscious thinking allows individuals to make more informed decisions."
Alternatives: "deliberate thought" or "intentional reasoning."
