In many systems, a centralized Registry is used for the connection of the nodes in order to connect the participants with each other.
The connection of the nodes P0 (P0 = 0), P1, P2,..., until P N one by one sequentially by straight lines is called the Z curve for the DNA sequences inspected.
The participation coefficient indicates how well the node is connected to all other modules with higher values if many connections of the node are distributed to other modules.
The in-degree of a node was given by the number of connections to the node; the out-degree was given by the number of connections from the node.
Examining the diversity of a subset of connections of the nodes showing suprathreshold connectivity (i.e., all edges in the adjacency matrix showing a Tfc > 0.2), revealed slightly higher levels of FC diversity of rich club nodes (0.14 | 0.017) as compared to non-rich club nodes (0.13 | 0.012), but with only marginal significance (P = 0.045).
The weighted node connectivity, WNC, score can be specified as: (1) WN C i = ∑ j N w i, j where node i is connected to node j, and w i,j reflects the strength of the connection of node i with node j (input information provided by the user).
They consist of nodes that represent the processing elements (or neurons), arcs that represent the connections of the nodes (or synaptic connections), and directionality on the arcs that represent the flow of information [ 14].

Thus, the high mutual information and the strong connections of the nodes with high degree indicate that the present networks, although they are not scale free, posses hubs neurons that are particularly well connected and likely to play a special role in cortical processing.
