In a sense, having a direct WiFi connection ensures easy setup, but in many cases, when a PC is connected to the printer, it is disconnected from the local network and therefore the Internet.
This method is economical, although it does require that the PC connected to the printer be on to allow other users to print.
In a production environment where the printer is connected to a print server, we would then proceed to the Job Manager tab to connect to the printer, send the job, and ensure that the material store in the printer is sufficient (Fig. 38).
