"confident temperament" is a grammatically correct phrase and can be used in written English.
It refers to a person's natural disposition or personality trait of being self-assured and self-confident. Example: "Sarah's confident temperament allowed her to effortlessly speak in front of large crowds and excel in her job as a salesperson."
