The phrase "condoned with" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in English.
The correct phrase is "condoned by." "Condoned by" means to overlook or forgive someone's behavior. Correct Example: The teacher condoned the student's tardiness due to her illness. Incorrect Example: The teacher condoned with the student's tardiness due to her illness.
