Typically, output signal from the WSB is conditioned (amplified) using an instrumentation amplifier (INA).
All channels were sampled at 5 kHz with 32 mV input range using a MR-conditioned amplifier (high pass filters: DC; low pass filters: 70 Hz) (Brainproducts, Munich, Germany).
The analog outputs of the three sensors are conditioned by their respective amplifiers.
The resulting signals were conditioned with AC coupled amplifiers and then displayed and photographed from an oscilloscope screen.
With 7 V and 700 mA DC bias condition, the amplifier has achieved 30 dB small-signal gain, 30.8 dBm 1-dB gain compression power with 24.5% power-added efficiency (PAE) and 31.3 dBm saturation power with 27.5% PAE from 14 to 17 GHz.
All components are in excellent working condition, one Amplifier has two small cosmetic scratches as seen in the first image.
The signal was conditioned prior to recording using both a differential amplifier and a low pass filter to ensure proper signal.
Two-element series resonant network in the stabilization circuit bypasses diode at the fundamental frequency and provides normal operational condition for the amplifier.
The HRC has a hardware problem that corrupts the data from the position taps under a specific set of conditions: 1) the amplifier scale factor is switched to the least sensitive scale, 2) an even number of taps on the axis have signals that are above a set threshold, and 3) the event occurs on the negative side of the tap.
Make sure to evaluate the condition of the amplifier.
Care is required to avoid any changes in the DC operating conditions of the first amplifier; such changes will cause an amplified change in the DC conditions of the second one.
