The phrase "concrete life" is not technically incorrect but it is very vague and could mean different things to different people. Depending on the context, it could refer to a life that is heavily structured and routine or literally a life that is lived in actual concrete (buildings, etc.). To use this phrase correctly, it needs to be used in a more specific context. For example, you could say, "I was so used to the concrete life of city living that I was overwhelmed by the natural beauty of the country."
