In a systematic review conducted in 2008 on educational interventions in kidney disease care, promising results were noted for dialysis educational interventions aimed at improving dialysis and/or fluid concordance, exercise, and coping/adaptation.
Gathering pharmacokinetic data for the parent molecule as well as determining the contribution of metabolites to observed QT interval prolongations, would require a separate effort and was beyond the scope of this particular QT concordance exercise.
Therefore, the Wii Fit™ has the potential to positively influence exercise concordance, and may offer an accepted alternative to traditional balance training, in which concordance is a problem [ 53, 54].
The attainment of flow is described as an intrinsically motivating optimal state, acting to encourage repeat activity [ 37], and therefore the potential to improve exercise concordance.
For VV delay optimization, the degree of concordance was higher during exercise.

In the intervention arm, patients' refusal was reported as the main reason for non-concordance with recommendations for exercise (77/121), education (127/199), relaxation (407/651), and lifestyle change (381/686).
Finally, despite satisfactory concordance, caution should be exercised when considering conditions for which the indication of drugs might be uncertain or is prone to practice variations (Table 2, footnote c).
The dual verification exercise confirmed high concordance between the two independent data sources, SIR and Apollo.
