Comparison of expression profiles in PPP tolerant and parental Line2 and Line 3 cells revealed many dysregulated genes, in addition to those with concomitant copy number alterations.
No significant differences were found in baseline characteristics with regards to age, BMI, tumour characteristics (TNM-Classification, grading, receptor-status), primary and adjuvant therapy, concomitant diseases, number of concomitant medications, profession and others (Table 1).
