It is therefore important for psychiatric services to implement recommendations for pre-conception counselling for women with pre-existing chronic conditions so that women can make better informed decisions about medication and support with other risk factors before conception to optimise pregnancy outcomes.
Promisingly, using the means of conception to analyze the pregnancy outcomes, there was no increased incidence of twins, FGR, and PD among the women with PCOS who conceived spontaneously compared with the controls.
From conception to execution in a week?

To broaden this conception and to incorporate requirements for outcome-based program evaluation, our logic model of a research program provides a visual and conceptual representation of what broad impacts the research program is likely to have and how the impacts are achieved.
Based on participants' home addresses, we derived individual exposure estimates for different periods preceding the outcome measurements, to examine the effects of both short-term exposures (2 weeks before the outcome measurement) and longer-term exposures (2 months before, and averaged over the pregnancy period from conception until outcome measurement).
Frieder [ 10] provided guidelines on the pre-conception counselling of women with schizophrenia including identification and treatment of risk behaviour, enhancing the patient's knowledge of the risks to mother and child, improving parenting skills, and mobilizing support systems among women with severe mental illness prior to conception in order to reduce negative outcomes [ 10].
3. Pregnancy There is no evidence for an effect in favor of the use of polyethylene oxide sodium carboxymethylcellulose gel following operative hysteroscopy for suspected retained products of conception for the outcome of clinical pregnancy (RR 3.00, 95 % CI 0.35 to 25.68, P = 0.32, one study, 30 women) (Fig. 6).
