We begin by assuming that hybridization temperature, hybridization solution salt concentration, probe sequences, and target DNA sequences are known.
The optimization of an HRM experiment required careful design and adjustment of main parameters, such as primer concentration, MgCl2 concentration, probe design and template DNA concentration.
