The open-label period comprised dose-optimization (4 weeks), dose-maintenance (≥20 weeks) and fixed-dose (2 weeks) phases (Fig. 1).
For quantitative simulations we have considered four established chemotherapy regimen that serve as benchmarks, because they comprise dose- and time-intensification of therapy.
