We plot the Student t value for the comparison of day versus night for a number of compounds, ordered by cluster membership, in Figure 7. Positive t indicates the mean in day exceeds mean at night for that compound.
The models were compared against the screening database (556,763 compounds), and 26 virtual hits (Table S6) were selected from the resulting lists of 100 top-ranked compounds, ordered from the respective supplier and tested for HtrA inhibition.
