Jurors painstakingly constructed timelines of events within Andersen, noting when Ms. Temple sent out her e-mail message advising the firm's staff about complying with the document-retention policy, and when Mr. Stulb said he spoke with Mr. Duncan.
Donnelley was subpoenaed in June but has so far not complied with the document request.
Days later, on Oct. 23, Mr. Duncan instructed members of his team to comply with the document policy.
E-mail messages exchanged by Andersen managers and partners on Oct. 31 raised the question of how employees should bill the time they spent gathering their records to comply with the document policy by, among other things, shredding.
