Services users and carers will be able to complete surveys by telephone or face to face; both modes of completion were provided as a way to offer maximum and flexible participation options to people and both the RAS-R and EUROHIS scales have been previously administered in both modes in research studies.
Instructions on questionnaire completion were provided to all dyads by trained personnel.

For example, a predictive control strategy for wide-area damping control was presented in [28] with the consideration of data loss and other physical constraints, and a data reconstruction method using the low-rank matrix completion approach was provided in [29], in which way the lost data could be partially recovered at a control center.
The same test was used each year; all copies were collected immediately after completion and no feedback was provided to residents.

For each project, estimation was provided on completion of the project (on average, completion being approximately 12 months after the period of barrier identification) and, therefore, will be subject to some unreliability, despite team members being prompted to use calendar templates to facilitate recall and reduce the risk of recall bias.
