Initially only Sora's story mode is available; once completed, "Reverse/Rebirth" mode becomes available.
Initially, we applied principal component analysis (PCA) on results from AmaLgam in the Complete mode.
In Complete mode, the number of "similarities" increases to 24 (12 file parts × 2 bug parts).
Complete mode represents the simplest way of including new constructs in BLUiR's algorithm.
These values were taken from the best performing mode of construct mapping (i.e., the Complete mode, Section 3.6).
However, we have observed the Complete mode, i.e., considering the constructs separately, yielded better results (Section 3.7).
The first row contains baseline results from the Complete mode, with equal weights for all constructs (Table 7).
The high correlation of these two constructs with PC1 may explain the advantage of the Complete mode.
Therefore, the higher value that would result from the summation of more terms in Complete mode is unlikely to be the reason this mode produced better results.
To obtain the complete mode shapes, an interpolation method was developed to estimate the mode shape values for the locations without measurements.
From these results, only the improvement associated with Complete mode was statistically significant, according to Wilcoxon Signed-Rank tests with 95% confidence level (Garnier 2016).
