The ENCODE project has completed ChIP-Seq experiments for many human TFs for a number type of cell lines.
Parents (or legally authorized representatives) completed CHIP-CE: PRF and WFIRS-P questionnaires at the study visits indicated in Fig. 1, and/or at early termination.
The ENCODE consortia have already completed ChIP-seq for 161 transcription factors in more than 100 cell types using the same guidelines and quality-controls [ 27].
Parents completed CHIP-CE: PRF and WFIRS-P questionnaires at weeks 0, 8 and 26 of the open-label period and at weeks 0 and 6 of the randomized-withdrawal period, or at early termination.
Completed chips were plasma bonded to optical glass (No.1, thickness 0.15 mm) and baked for 5 min at 80°C.
The device fabrication was then completed with chip cleavage and gold wire bonding.
