In general, the cases of violated or questioned dual complementarity are associated with (1) the cases of mixed-up aaRS class membership and mode of tRNA aminoacylation, i.e. the three aromatic amino acids, Phe, Trp, and Tyr, all presumably of late recruitment [ 27] and/or (2) the absence of strict complementary partners for the anticodons NNU (this is most pronounced for Thr) (Table 1).
