TF-GRNs provide Boolean information about the regulation of genes by TFs, with meticulously compiled data available in databases like RegulonDB, YEASTRACT and AGRIS [ 13, 16, 19].
Curated databases have made a significant contribution to the dissemination of biological knowledge by compiling data into publicly available databases that enabled enhanced interpretation and knowledge based inference of biological data (100 106).
