Resources such as the Gene Expression Omnibus [ 7] now enable us to compile datasets from several species that extensively profile gene expression dynamics across large panels of stress conditions, developmental gradients, tissues and genotypes.
The experiments are performed using three manually compiled datasets; two of them are captured from Amazon and one dataset is assembled from IMDB movie reviews.
