This competency questionnaire can be very simple, for example a set of multiple-choice question based on the competency statements with choices such as {unaware, familiar, productive, advanced} or any other set of value consistent with the way competencies are defined.
To name but a few: the Competency Questionnaire, the Hopkins Competency Assessment Test, the MacCAT-T and MacCAT-CR and the Structured Interview for Competency and Assessment Testing and Ranking Inventory [ 28].
