The following nine competencies were included to be evaluated by the graduates: "Independent learning/working", "Practical medical skills", "Psycho-social competence", "Teamwork", "Problem-solving skills", "Medical knowledge", "Interdisciplinary thinking", "Business competence", and "Research competence".
Other important factors are operator competences, teamwork, proper handling of variance and disturbances, and proper maintenance.
