Here, we demonstrate the utilization of desktop 3D printers to fabricate 96-well plate compatible orientation tools for zebrafish embryos enabling the acquisition of consistent lateral or dorsal views in screening assays using automated microscopy.
Here, we provide a cost effective method for the production of 96-well plate compatible zebrafish orientation tools using a desktop 3D printer.
They are further supported by thermodynamic calculations and by grains sometimes exhibiting orientations compatible with the so-called interlocked icosahedron.
For each NRL used in the experiment by Robinson et al. we screen all possible nucleosomes positions and orientations compatible with the fiber dimensions.
